Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study Psychology & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

I am an experienced accredited BABCP Therapist with over 15 years' experience working in the field of Mental Health. Since completing my specilaist CBT training at the Institute of Psychiatry in Kings College London in 2010. Since then I have specialised in the provision of CBT for depression and anxiety disorders including: PTSD, OCD, Health Anxiety, GAD, Panic Disorder, BDD, Social Anxiety, Emetophobia, Specific Phobias, Behavioural Couples Therapy, Low Self Esteem and Perfectionism. I have worked with a variety of client groups including one-to-one, couples and groups and have delivered therapy both face to face and online utilising audio/visual and text-based platforms.
I am also an experienced CBT Supervisor and Trainer and have provided training and support to a number of UK universities including UCL. I am passionate about patient’s being able to access psychological support in a forum they feel comfortable and to receive the best care possible.
